With its growing fame, Sumber Nogo underwent management improvements in 2024. After a temporary closure for renovation, the site is now managed by Perhutani and the Alliance of Village Heads across Ngawi Regency, ensuring better facilities and a more enjoyable experience for visitors.

"It was closed for a short time because some things needed to be reorganized," explained Bu Siti, a local food stall owner at Sumber Nogo.
