Chapped Lips during the Ramadhan? Here are Several Tips for You
TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Ramadhan is the only month where moslems should hold their desire on anything including to drink and eat. This condition makes lots of Indonesian people get a chapped lips during the Ramadhan.
To prevent this condition getting worse, here are several tips for you.
1. Drink lots of water in between the time after brek fasting and before the early breakfast.
2. Use a soft and smooth toothbrush to scrub your lip and exfoliate the dead skin every night before u go to sleep.
3. Always put on a lip balm on your lips. And choose the one with spfto cover ur lips from the sun. Use it in every two hours.
4. Wioe your lips with a wet cloth before u put on lip balm on it. Q
5. If you used to use lipstick for your daily activities, make sure you chose the one with high moisturizer in it.
6. Avoid licking your lips, Saliva evaporates quickly, leaving lips drier than before you licked them.
7. Consume high nutrition foods especially those which contain lots of A and C vitamin like carrot, tomatoes, broccoli and else.
8. Honey, cucumber and Aloe vera gel could be one alternative as a home remedies for your chapped lips during the Ramadhan.(*)
