This food is made out of local seasonal fruit you find in your country. This recipe quite easy to make for you could made it out of those ingredients you find in your kitchen. This dish will give you a fresh tangy taste during your iftar. Without any further do, let's check the recipe.

Ingredients:
Chaat masala spice mix
1 tbs cumin
½ tbs coriander
¾ tbs dry mango powder or mango flavor
¼ tbs salt
1 tsp chili powder
2-3 black pepper
Fruits:
1 apple (diced)
1 pear (diced)
1 mandarin orange
8-10 strawberries (diced)
250 gr grapes, (cut half)
2 tbs lemon juice
Main ingredients:
4 tbs sugar
1½-2 tsp chaat masala
250 ml orange juice
Instructions:
- Stir fry the cumin and coriander with low heat till its light toasted and aromatic. Set aside and let it cool.
- Pulse all the ingredients including the cumin and coriander into spice grinder till it mixed through.
- Put all the fruit in a bowl including the lemon juice. Mix it evently.
- Added the masala, sugar, orange juice. Mix it well, and adjust the taste.
- Store the chaat masala for 30 minutes in the refrigerator before it served.
You could keep the left over for 2 days in the fridge. You could also suit the fruits according to those you could find around your area. And your Fruit Chaat Masala will take you to experience Pakistani taste on your table.
